Leadershape 2015
"A healthy disregard for the impossible."
- Leadershape Institute 2015
Years ago, the University of Cincinnati paired up with the Leadershape Institute in order to provide the honors students of UC with a six day retreat that would leave a lasting impression. Over the course of this week, students are encouraged to explore and improve their leadership skills, as well as create and strengthen a vision that they can implement once they come back into the "real world."
Leadershape was an obvious choice for me as an honors experience because of all the positive feedback I had gotten from friends who had attended in the past. The leadership and teamwork skills taught at this retreat were also something that I found valuable because of some of my personal and professional goals. As an aspiring entrepreneur, it is important that I learn to stick to my vision and prove to be an effective leader. And Leadershape has taught me to do just that.
